Rates
The rates differ per language. You can easily see the rates for the language you need in the order form at the bottom of this page. Simply choose the source and target language and you will immediately see the costs per page. Does your document contain multiple pages? Then fill in the number of pages for the final rate.
We always send your sworn translation by mail to your address. The cost for registered mail is €9.80 within the Netherlands.

Why is the sworn translation sent by registered mail?
A sworn translation is a valuable document that is only useful if it is available on paper. It is therefore necessary to send it by post. By opting for registered mail, the translation is sent by the shortest possible route and with the smallest chance that it will be lost in the shipping process. Moreover, this way you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can follow the translation.
What kinds of documents are often translated by sworn translators?
Documents that need to be sworn translated are in most cases documents with an official or legal status. You can think of birth certificates, diplomas, contracts and identity documents(driver's licence, passport).
How can I pay?
You can pay with credit card, iDEAL and Bancontact with us.
How long will it take to receive the sworn translation?
How long it takes to receive your sworn translation depends on the number of pages, the language combination and the country to which the translation needs to be sent. Call us at +31 (0)85-0080839 to discuss what is possible.
We always aim to deliver within 3 business days, requiring 2 business days for the translation itself. If the document contains more than 6 pages, we may need more than 2 working days for the translation. And also if the language combination you need is quite rare, we may need more time.
When the translation is ready, we deliver it for registered mail to PostNL and share the Track & Trace code with you so you can track the delivery status yourself.
For shipments within the Netherlands, PostNL normally delivers within 1 business day, with Tuesday through Saturday as delivery days for PostNL. For shipments to other countries, delivery times vary widely. On the PostNL website you can find the most up-to-date information on delivery times.
